The last six months we have to rebuild our company to get a full focus on telecom for people on the go. We have selected Xelion as new application partner, close down our own datacenters and move everything into the Amazon AWS cloud to have a worldwide coverage from day one.
We feel sorry for to say goodbye to our Call Center outbound dialer customers since we are having our full focus on global inbound telecom and SMS services with the Xelion app on mobile, desktops and tables. Refocus a company is most painful, so we are happy to say 'welcome 2018'.
Thanks for all inbound customers over the past and all the best to our dialer customers who find other suppliers to continuing their services.
2018 will be the year for us with Speech analytics, reporting, and quality control in development, to get more connected countries and cities and Xelion development on the phone app, so you get your office in your pocket.
